I have recorded over 44 hoverfly species in my garden including most of the above pictured species; Leucozonia glauca was from Derbyshire. Some of the other 'garden' species include: Chrysotoxum festivum, Eriozona erratica, Eristalinus aeneus, Eristalis nemorum (interruptus), E. similis, Syrphus vitripennis and Volucella pellucens.
